What Our Customers Are Saying

One phone conversation, and you’ll understand why. You’ve found more than a metalsmith. You’ve discovered a good listener, a collaborator. An artisan committed to creating precisely the piece you’re envisioning. Even if you’re not exactly sure yet what that piece is.

I just wanted to drop you a note of thanks for the wonderful job you did on the two projects which you recently completed for my wife and I.

The pot rack is a wonderful blend of functionality, art and engineering precision. At the same time you blended it aesthetically with the shape of the kitchen island, you designed it so that it really holds pots and the lighting system casts no shadow on the island when it is loaded with heavy cook ware. The architectural touches incorporated into its design leave our guests astonished at the level of thought and detail which you considered for its design.

The stock pot which was a gift to me from my wife is nothing less than a work of art. The original piece was made, as you know for the queen of England. A relative from Santa Barbara has this pot and I fell in love with it on a stay at their home.

I contacted coppersmiths from all over the world to find a person to make this for me. While I found people who know the now retired Australian who designed and fabricated the original, none could “make a pot like that”. It sets on our BlueStar range top and is a wonderful complement to our kitchen.

No kitchen in a fine home could ever be complete without your work. Whether a vent hood, pot rack or fine handmade copper cook ware, the work you do represents the epitome of excellence in what is a nearly lost art in this world.

If gutters were considered masterpieces of art, Joel would then be named Michelangelo! Even after five years, we still delight in the work he so carefully did at our home and in a friendship established to last as long as these gutters and canopies, a lifetime!

I found an antique lantern, which I wanted to have piped for gas and restored for my front porch. Joel’s artistic talent and attention to detail made my vision for the lantern come to life. He was willing to work with my ideas and put his creativity and engineering into play. He made my project a fun experience, and he was a joy to work with. I would highly recommend his work.
